For U.S. orders, delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days.
For international orders, delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing.

4. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the U.S. costs $4.99, with free shipping on orders over $50.
International shipping costs $9.99, with free shipping on orders over $100.

5. Can I return or exchange my item?
No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order is placed.

6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at info@dripzilla.store within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. If the error is on our end, we will work to resolve it promptly.
